Once a collaboration is established with the head of a Veteran Organization then the NABVET Chapters reach out to the external Veteran Chapters in the cities and communities and create a net of protection and communication.

The idea of creating a unit of this magnitude is to put resources in place to help in time of disaster and create a system of prevention; especially in specific areas dealing with annually recurring situations!
